Theorem was back from college.
Poor guy, walks in the door and everyone's sick. No one even got out of bed to greet him!
"Have you thought about what you want to do with yourself?" his mother asked.
"Natural Science, of course."
If only there was a position available.
Urias starts on his next instruction manual. He still hoped to be able to have a manual for each skill set!
There's someone from college Theorem misses.
Theorem and Mitch make a cute couple!
"Allyn! I'm so glad you stopped by!" Marisa said happily, trying to ignore the evidence of the roach infestation.
Allyn smiled and poked her friend's side. "You don't think I'd miss your birthday, do you?!"
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARISA!
When he said he would make 7 skill manuals or die trying, I'm not sure it was meant to be literal.
Rest in Peace Urias!
Losing his father was hard. Especially when he saw the Creative skill manuscript sitting on the table.
He sent it on to the publishers, attempting to honor his father's dream.
A whirlwind proposal and intimate wedding was a fresh of breath air the family was needing. Congratulations Theorem and Mitch!
"I'm so happy for you!" Marissa told her son, hugging him tightly.
In honor of the passing of the proverbial torch, she moved upstairs so the newlyweds could make use of the double bed.
"I don't know, I thought we might adopt," Theorem said hesitantly. "And no more than 2."
"We could always do both!" Mitch said with a laugh and reaching out to hold his husband's hand.
It wasn't really where Syllabus envisioned spending his day off, but his mother insisted it would be good practice for his career.
Unfortunately, he did not get along with his new coworker. The guy was a total tool.Thankfully, he hadn't been hired to work the registers, so he didn't need to see Gus all that often. His work was downstairs making merchandise.
He greeted her, so happy she was talking to him again!
The teens headed to the bench for some make-up make-out.
"I really missed you," he told her, nuzzling her nose. "Let's not fight again."
Theorem glared as Tina passed by.
"Why in the world would you get involved with her again?" Theorem lectured. "She broke your heart!"
"Mind your own business Theorem! I LOVE her!" Syllabus snapped back before storming upstairs.
"Well that went well," Mitch said quietly.
Theorem was excited when he got a call about a position opening at the Natural Sciences Building. He scrawled a note and left it on the table and hurried to apply in person.
Mitch hoped Theorem wasn't dead-set against having a child of their own instead of adopting...
He anxiously waited for his husband to come home and tell him the news.
"We're pregnant!" Mitch announced as Theorem walked in the door.
While taken slightly aback, Theorem found that he was actually excited about the baby. They could always adopt later, as well.
He hummed as he made breakfast the following morning, in a good mood, despite the morning sickness.
Theorem was excited to bring Mitch to work and show him around. The Natural Science building was like nothing he'd ever seen before!
There were multiple areas with different species of fish.
An exotic cow plant, grown from a seed that was spliced during a lab accident. They kept that room locked up tight.
And then out into the garden. They made their own soil additives here at the center to help the plants grow.
Syllabus invited a few friends over to have some fun.
It wasn't long before they were in an all out Snow Ball War!
"
Unfortunately, Mitch was about to eat lunch before the labor pains kicked in. "I don't know, it feels like something's wrong!" he groaned, holding his stomach protectively.
"Don't worry, you're doing fine!" Marisa told him encouragingly. "Soon it will be over and it will all be worth it!"
Welcome to the family baby boy Ryu Bendett!
Oh Lord, Mitch is going to starve to death.
That's definitely someplace to put your newborn. 😒
And welcome little baby girl Qia Bendett!
Thankfully Syllabus lent a hand and helped the overwhelmed new dad care for the twins!
"I guess this means we're not adopting!" Theorem chuckled as he snuggled his baby girl for the first time.
Yay! More content!
ReplyDeleteTwins are fun, aren't they? When you're not pulling your hair out, and regretting that you can't possibly get them all the skills you want them to have. Yay!
Lol. Twins! Go figure! :D
