Chapter 20 - I Will Name Him George

Vito was so excited about his recent promotions.  He really felt like he would reach the top of his career soon.  He had the world at his fingertips.
Speaking of fingers, Vito held Meadow's hands.  "There's been something I've been meaning to do," he told her playfully.

"What's that?" she asked.
"Slide my ring on your finger," he said, holding up the ring.  He broke out in a sweat when he showed her the ring, worried she would back out like the foul temptress Kaylynn had done.

But Meadow held out her hand and let him slide his mom's ring on her finger.  "I love you," she said.

"I love you, too!" he told her.

"I hate dumb school!" Urbain complained, kicking the grave out in front of the house.
Urias led Urbain to the tent school for their first day of class.
"This is boring and dumb," Urbain complained.  "There's nothing for me to do here!"

"Read the book in front of you," Urias told him.

"I can't. It won't open and I can't read," he pouted.

"Then look at the maps on the wall!" Urias said, his focus and attention on the book in his hands.
Urbain was excited when another student actually came to school. He greeted Sophia.  "Lame, huh?" he told her.  She whole-heartedly agreed.
Now this is more like it! Urbain thought excitedly when Marsha showed up.

Urias was momentarily distracted from his book when bright lights seemed to glow around the beautiful woman.  He was drawn to her side, "Hi, I'm the teacher, Mr. Lee, er, Urias Lee. Just call me Urias!"
He was captivated by her!
"Girls, knock it off," he said, distracted by their bickering.  And when he turned around again, the beautiful woman was gone.
The teens really had the run of the school, and with their teacher engrossed in his book, they didn't accomplish much.  Urias glanced around the room and frowned.  That hadn't really worked out the way he had expected.
On the up side, he successfully mastered his logic skill.

Vivi, just being Vivi, romancing Melissa Fancey.  There will be a wedding one day because 1) they color cordinate, b) they look cute together & c) I can't wait for Vivi's name to Vivi Fancey! 😂

Vito glanced around the tables and smiled.  Their family was certainly growing!

Vivi invited her girlfriend Melissa over.  She brought a friend, Jill.
Vivi didn't mind. The more friends, the better!
It was slightly difficult to make a move on Melissa with Jill always right there.
So the ladies found themselves in the livingroom chatting rather than more promising activities in the bedroom.
"My eyes are up here, not down there," Vivi teased.  Apparently Melissa was regretting her decision to bring a friend.

Urbain was excited that Marsha came over.  He was in looooooove!

"So, these ancient telescopes allow us to see the stars, right?" Marsha asked.

"Yup, that's right," Urias answered.

Marsha considered that for a moment.  "Have you ever seen a telescope?"

"Nope, but maybe one day!" he said matter-of-factly.

Meadow was excited for her first belly pop, and even more excited about her cute maternity wear!
"Good thing we got married already!" Vito said when Meadow gave him the good news.  He always regretted that he didn't get his Dad's surname.

What do you do to gain the cleaning skill when you can't read a book?
You never, ever fix the leaky shower.  And you fight off the other neat-freak Sims who try to mop up before you can get there!

Do you think Vito wants to see a ghost?

"AH! YOU'RE SO STINKING CUTE!" Viv exclaimed when she saw the puppy.  "I want you for my very own!"
But alas, it was not meant to be.  The little puppy ran off when it's owner called him.  Sooo close! Vivi thought with disappointment.

Urbain threw himself down on the ground to make a snow angel and almost knocked himself senseless on the edge of the discarded fridge.

We have some promotions! Way to go boys!

Vito has a lot of work to do to prepare for his next promotion, but he takes the time to rub his wife's growing baby bump.

Urias is on a roll!
And he comes home with highly pregnant coworker Samantha.  Aw, she's into him!
These two were fast friends.
And it soon becomes apparent why.

Woo hoo Vito! One more to go!

Vivi sees a cute girl walk by and makes a move in typical Vivi fashion.
For the first time ever, she gets turned down.

He didn't care how late it was. Urias saw the poor little kitten walk by and instantly greeted it.

Okay, so we didn't call him George.  But, sweet little Sake joined the family! Finally we have a Service Pet!

"This is great!" Urias said excitedly, setting the paper down.
"I don't know about that," Urbain said, watching the cat shred the couch. "Bad kitty! Don't destroy furniture! Especially beds!"
Looks like Sake is already regretting coming inside.

Just a typical morning breakfast.
Except for the loudly screaming woman in labor.
Welcome to the family Tetris Lee!

Nice time jump! I can't believe I didn't have many pictures from between the birth to toddler birthday!  Vito and Urias focused on skilling. Vivi flirted with girls. Urbain chased after Marsha and skilled.

See? Skilling!

Celebratory Woohoo!

  1. Aww that's great welcome to Tetris!
I love the idea of Vivi Fancey too! heh, she's enjoying her Romance aspiration.
Poor Urbain, he's only happy when Marsha's around. I Wonder if Urias will meet the mysterious glowing woman again?
They all got some good stuff accomplished and what's this? Meadow pregnant again?

    1. Tetris is a little cutie patootey! The name Vivi Fancey tickled my fancy! And she is certainly reveling in her Romance aspiration. It kept her from getting bored taking care of her cousin's kids! I wish Urbain ran into the mysterious glowy woman again! He tried to invite her over, but she turned him down harshly. And I thought they had a real connection!! Lol.
